1UP Sports 2017/2018 Winter Training Schedule

NOTE:  This schedule reflects the Adult Fitness classes and all Athlete group classes (Speed, Strength, Basketball Skills, Football Skills, Lacrosse) unless it says Privates. A new class can be arranged with a group of 6 or more.  Any Privates and Semi-privates will be scheduled in advance by calling 1UP Sports (512-433-6334) or emailing speed@1upsport.com. Privates focus on the individual athlete needs and offer choice of trainer and choice of any day/time.
