High School Football Combine Training
High School Football Combines aren't just drills, they're your ticket to being noticed not only by your high school coaches, but college coaches! It's a test on your athleticism! Every second in the 40-yard dash, every jump, every shuttle counts.
Our 6-week, 4-day-a-week 1UP Sports Performance Combine Training program sharpens speed, agility, explosiveness, and Combine mechanics so you can crush your numbers and stand out on the field. Get the edge, make the stats, and put yourself on the radar of recruiters before the May and June college combines!

Speed & Agility
Improve speed biomechanics with acceleration & deceleration drills, change of direction (forwards & backwards), improve explosive power with plyometrics and improve footwork and balance. Our speed and agility training is beneficial to All sports and offered all year round. Your athlete’s first session is on the house! Summer Promotion offers Unlimited Training for $650 for the entire summer! Speed & Agility training is also offered at Steiner Ranch and Riverplace 2 days a week throughout the summer!

Volleyball/Basketball Summer Conditioning

Increase your vertical 2-3” this summer by joining our Speed & Plyometric classes. Improve agility on the court! This cannot be accomplished in a one week camp! Before and After Assessments included!

Team Training
1UP Sports Performance offers Team Training for All Sports that can be brought to YOU or you can bring the team to 1UP! Get an edge on your competition and train with the Pros. Teams can customize their training focusing on areas such as Speed/Agility Training and Football Skills /Ball Handling, Basketball Skills, etc.
