Skill Position Work

1UP Sports Performance provides elite skill position coaching in Football, Basketball, Baseball & Soccer with our former Pro and Division 1 trainers. Our skills position coaches have had success in their college and professional domain and are ready to pass on valuable knowledge to your athlete. Our coaches have a passion for their sport, so much that many of them are still actively playing collegiately and professionally, and spend their off season coaching your kids.

Weight Room

Take your athletes game to the NEXT LEVEL by training with our elite CSCS certified strength and conditioning staff. The coaches programming your high school athletes workouts have masters degrees in applicable fields and have experience at the highest level programing and training NFL, CFL, and college athletes. Programs will be individualized based on your athletes goals and sport position.

Speed & Agility

Our state of the art speed and agility program is written by elite coaching minds in the industry. A collection of drills and teaching points from the top levels of sport will be used in developing your athlete. Your athlete will have familiarity with the same drills used to prepare professional athletes to perform at the highest level. Focus will be on Acceleration & Deceleration drills, Change of Direction forwards and backwards, Explosive Power drills using Plyometrics and mastering Speed Biomechanics.

Recovery

Athletes will learn mobility and active recovery strategies to help alleviate pain and discomfort commonly found in their respective sports. Athletes will also learn prehab excercises to help better develop a resistance to injuries, specifically in the knees and shoulders.
