      Each Monday in May QB’s will work with coaches on their throwing mechanics and footwork, operating in chaotic situations. These sessions are designed to put QB’s and WR’s in game like situations and make sure their mechanics are being used while under stress.
* Middle School QB’s can come in early for the 4:30 Speed Training or stay after for 6:30 Strength/Weights    Training Mondays at $25 for both sessions!
* High School QB’s can come in early for the 5:30 Speed Training for $25 session!

2)  1UP Youth Tackle Football Camp

Ages 8-10 (Tues-Sat) 4:30-7pm & Sat 8:30-11am

Ages 10-12 (Tues-Sat) 6-8:30pm & Sat 10-12:30pm




Camp offers 5 days of football offensive, defensive drills & special teams, and Speed/Strength Training to give your player a head start for the Fall season!  Campers can select fewer days.  If not attending the full camp, best for campers to attend the beginning days of the camp, not the end.  Camp led by Former USC Coach & NFL Europe Coach Tim Prukop and Offensive Coordinator/Lineman/QB Coach Greg Cooper, and All-Conference Rice Owl RB, Tyler Smith.  Camp offers 5 days of football offensive, defensive drills & special teams.  Speed/Strength Training is included in early bird registration to give your player a head start for the Fall season!     


3)  Middle School Football Camp

Ages: 12-14
August 4th-8th (8:30-11:30am)

Cost:  $250

> 3 hours of Football Position Skills & Drills (Offense, Defense and Special Teams), Speed Training & Strength/Weights Training

Speed/Strength Training is a 1.5 hour training that will immediately follow the football camp. This is free for early bird registrants. Deadline is 5/31. Focusing on acceleration, deceleration, lateral and explosive movements. Athletes will improve their “Change of Direction” and Explosive Power! Running biomechanics and speed form will be improved.

Strength/Weights training is a with certified CSCS coach. This one of the most important classes 1UP offers to our athletes whom will spend many hours in the weight room from Middle School to High School.

4)  1UP QB/WR Summer Camp

5)  1UP Flag Football Camp

July 18, 19 & 20th
Ages 5-9

The camp will provide instruction on the essential flag football skills to enable your athlete to compete at a high level. Camp will include Speed training (Acceleration, Deceleration, Change of Direction, Lateral Movement and Explosive Power Drills)

  6) Volleyball/Basketball Summer Prep Camp

High School-Mon/Wed/Friday- 1:00-2:00pm & Sat 12:00-1:00pm

Middle School- Mon/Wed/Thurs 5:30-6:30 pm & Sat 10:00-11:00am (Ages 10-13)

Cost:$30/Session Drop-in    10 Sessions- $250  Unlimited Summer Training-$450

Employing cutting edge, scientifically proven training methodology, 1UP Sports’ progressive combination of strength training, functional movement, and conditioning will physically prepare your athlete for the upcoming Volleyball/Basketball season so they play at their peak performance and earn a spot on that top team. Plyometric drills, and strength & agility training will be an intensive part of increasing your athlete’s vertical and explosive movements on the court. Before and After assessments of each athlete’s vertical, broad jump, 40 yard dash, pro-agility drill, and core test will be included. Correct form will be taught to help athlete perform at their peak level!

1UP’s Football Skills/Agility Training is an all Positions Skills Session to fully prepare your athlete for the Fall Football season.  Training will focus on Offensive and Defensive Skills and Drills and Special Teams.  Classes offered for all ages.






Speed & Agility Training

1UP’s Speed Training is designed to enhance athlete’s overall speed and multi-directional movement skills such as acceleration, deceleration and lateral movements. Recent research indicates that these skills should be the primary focus for pre-season training program. By increasing these skills, athletes will be better prepared for their competitive season(s) by being faster, quicker, stronger, more explosive and more injury resistant.

Each class follows a systematic progression from the feet to the shoulders and includes  appropriate core development, balance and proprioceptive development, as well as improving proper running mechanics. Classes are designed to be fun, yet challenging to athletes of all ages and ability level. Before and after assessments will be taken to show progress.

Summer Speed Training Promotion:  $200/month or $450/Summer Unlimited Speed, Strength, Football Skills/Agility Training
