1UP Sports offers specific Football Position Skills training, led by USC/NFL Europe Coach Tim Prukop, NFL Houston Texans WR Chandler Worthy, Texas RB- Jonathan Gray, Penn State Derek Dowrey (lineman training)  & QB Pro Bryan Hicks and AJ Daniels.  Football Position Skills & Drills (Offense, Defense and Special Teams), Speed Training & Strength/Weights Training is offered all year round.

Speed Training focuses on acceleration, deceleration, lateral and explosive movements. Athletes will improve their “Change of Direction” and Explosive Power! Running biomechanics and speed form will be improved.

Strength/Weights training is a with certified CSCS coach. This one of the most important classes 1UP offers to our athletes whom will spend many hours in the weight room from Middle School to High School.
